FCM Level 25 - "My Club" locked / Tutorial Softlock

Hello. My account is Level 25, but the "My Club" tab is locked. When I try to do the tutorial quests (Rank Up or Train player), I get the "Sorry, this feature is currently unavailable" error. Cleared cache, updated the game, and tried another device (Android) - nothing helps. It is a server-side account bug. Please fix my UID :[The text has been removed from public view.]
