Football Centre match freezes mid-shootout and result shows as “draw”

(HH:MM AM/PM) Approx 03:10 PM (PST)‌In the middle of a shootout in Football Centre La Liga play the “FC” symbol appeared in the middle of the screen and the game froze. I waited several minutes for the issue to resolve before finally restarting the app. The match now shows as a draw (which is impossible in a knockout competition) and I can’t launch anymore football centre matches (because the game appears to believe the match is still ongoing?). What should I do?

Thanks. That seemed to get it unstuck at least. The result still stands as a draw so go figure.

As an addendum… My Wi-Fi signal was unbroken throughout and my ping was rated at 28ms when the screen dimmed and the “FC” death spiral began. If the game crashed and the match I was lost I can live with itas a one off glitch, but I’d just like to be able to play other Football Centre matches.
