Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I can't claim the main prize which is overall player 111, I already have 3,500 tokens and still can't, when I press "claim" a notification appears that the internet is "experiencing problems.Please try again later".I hope EA sports will address this issue as it is quite annoying for other users. Thank you for reading my message.
