Fps drop After update

Dear EA Support Team,

 

I am writing to report a serious FPS drop issue in FC Mobile, especially in Head-to-Head (H2H) matches.

 

I have been playing FC Mobile for around 5 years, and I never experienced this kind of FPS drop before the recent update. After the update, my game frequently drops frames during H2H matches, which makes the gameplay laggy and difficult to control.

 

I am using an Infinix GT 30 Pro, which is a gaming-focused phone and is capable of running other demanding games smoothly at high frame rates. In FC Mobile, I have tried different graphics settings, including setting the FPS to High and reducing the graphics/device quality to Low, but the FPS drops still occur.

 

Since this problem started after the recent update, I believe it may be related to the game's optimization rather than my device.

 

Please investigate this issue and optimize the game for devices like mine. I would really appreciate it if this problem could be fixed as soon as possible because it is seriously affecting my H2H gameplay experience.

    This is a game optimization issue, i have been running the same settings pre update and post anniversary update. Safe to say, i ran constant 60 fps smooth gameplay before, and its complete games of  20 fps now. This is very much not a device issue. Please look into it more seriously

    I have done everything you have mentioned above still there is the fps drop fix it (look out on the ui after a goal is scored that's what affecting it !

    Wow, instead of checking this problem you are asking us to waste our time. I also have same problem and have done all the steps you mentioned, but nothing happened. Don't be greedy for money this much, just provide a better experience for your users.

    Hi there. Thanks for your reports on this. If you notice any performance issues on your device, please try the following troubleshooting steps first and see if that helps:

    • Restart your device and FC Mobile.
    •  Make sure FC Mobile and your phone's system software are fully updated.
    • Close unnecessary apps running in the background.
    • Clear the FC Mobile app cache
    • Make sure you have sufficient free storage space.
    • Test different in-game graphics settings.
    • Try both a stable Wi-Fi connection and mobile data to rule out connection-related H2H issues.
    • Disable any VPN, game overlays, or other apps that could interfere with the game.

    Hello, im using a brand new Vivo T5x, and ive been running this game for a while now, after the recent 3rd anniversary update, i am getting way lower fps constantly while playing h2h and pve for the entire match except for very rare patches of smooth gameplay.  I use low graphic settings with max framerate to get the smoothest gaming experience but am still facing very bad fps and screen tear while playing. Versus Attack is very smooth so is the home page ui and other stuff. I did some digging around and found that it can be due to the game not being optimised properly. I request that the devs look into this and make the necessary changes as the game is unplayable right now. Thanks.

    HELLO 

    AFTER EAFC 27 MOBILE UPDATE I HAVE FACE A ISSUE IN H2H GAME FPS LOW AND HIGH NOT STILL 60 FPS 

    MY PHONE IS REALME 14 PRO AND MY PROSPER IS CAPABLE TO HIGH AND ULTRA GRAPHICS BUT I PREFERRED TO PALY MEDIUM GRAPHICS. JUST PALY SMOOTH GAME PLAYING 

    ATER EAFC 27 UPDATE I DONT PLAY SMOOTHLY. AND SOMETIME PICTURE ARE NOT CLEARED AND SOMETIME PING ISSUE. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
