Future Stars Scout quest - No progress?

I get no progress in the Future Stars Scout Quest despite accomplishing the required tasks.

Hi there — thanks for flagging this. Could you also try restarting the game and then check if your quest progress shows up?

I’ve restarted twice and still no progress registered.
