Hey everyone,
Thanks again for all the reports. We’re still investigating this issue, but we need a few more details from affected players so we can help the team narrow down what’s happening.
If you’re running into this problem, please reply with the following:
- Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app?
- Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck?
- At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue?
The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for us to pass accurate details along for investigation.

- Take note of your Google Play Account info (so you can log back in later after testing this)
- Log out of the Google play account in "Play Store" app
- Uninstall and re-install FCM,
- Launch the game again, but make sure not to log into FCM with your linked Google account for now. If you can, manually select another login method for now.

Been facing this issue my self, trying to change accounts from the one which has EA logged in and Google play logged in.
Okay, here's what's happening, from the account which I have Google play logged in when I press link account and press Facebook, the game is supposed to identify that there is another account that is already linked to Facebook then comes the choose account. But what's happening now is when I press the link Facebook, its not showing that another account is linked but the current logged in account (google play account) is the one that's linking with facebook...which is causing the conflict because it can't link because there is another account already linked. So it then starts loading and loading.
I tried clearing both the cache and data of the game, and tried again. It worked, but sometimes its not. Right now its stuck again on the choose account.
To answer you questions:
Did you recently change the Google Play account used in the Google Play Store app? - NO.
Did you see any error message in-game before the account got stuck? - NO
At the “Choose account” step, are you selecting one of the accounts shown and still getting stuck? If so, which account are you selecting when trying to continue? - I cant choose because when the game starts its behind the loading screen already.
