Haven't been able to login to the game for a whole year

FC Mobile, version 24.0.02. Tried to download the game after a year long break. Keeps giving me the error "Failed to login" "0x000001".

No matter how many data or cache clears. It doesn't even let me go to the login screen. Directly failed

This issue has been there for soo long, pathetic devs not even acknowledging it. Wasted money on this game
