I acidentally upgraded my ( TOTY 25) Martinez with 99-101 pitch beat players

I accidentally upgraded my (TOTY 25) Martinez with 99-101 pitch beat players i wanted to train Martinez with 65-70 players and exchange those players for shards in (gallery)  is there a way to get those players back?😢
