I can’t log into my EA account.

My backup account on the EA platform has disappeared, and my brother’s 121 OVR account is also gone after the update. I’ve tried clearing the game data, but it still doesn’t work. Please help.

Just to check, are you saying the icon for your backup account is missing from the login screen? Can you share a screenshot of what you see on the login screen?

Were your accounts backed up to one of these: EA Account, Google Play, Apple Account, Game Center, or Facebook?
