We haven’t seen any issues with that specific code. It has already expired, but if you redeemed it during the active window, the reward can only be claimed once, and it should appear in your in-game inbox. Make sure you always use the correct account on the website. It must be the very same you use in the game.It’s also possible the reward was claimed without you noticing while opening other packs, or the code was redeemed after it was no longer active.
