Unable To Claim Ragnarok Before Dawn Rewards

I had attempted to claim rewards for a quest, but it became unresponsive. A restart and even a reinstall did not fix the problem. The page is now stuck like this

I’d like to add that recently I’d ranked a 30th player to Gold rank and received the green notification that pops up in the right corner of the screen when a quest is complete but when I went to the Quest Tab it was as the screen shot above with no way to collect the reward.. 

Yeah, no, I def did not finish all quests and still get this screen
