i was in an important ranked game when suddenly the game showed a bug before the game even started and it caused me to not rank up

That's not really a bug. Code 0x0200010F is a message that comes up when you lose connectivity to EA servers. It can happen at any time for various reasons. Latency problems and disconnections from matches have been on the increase in the past weeks.
