Kick off missions

The kickoff mission « join football centre » doesn’t work, I tried everything possible in the past 2 weeks it doesn’t work and I can’t claim my 1000 rank up tokens.

Hi Dyy_Fioo. To help narrow this down, please restart the game and then try accessing Football Centre again (Home → Play → Football Centre). If you can, play one or two matches there and check whether the issue still happens afterwards. Let us know if that works.
