Missing content

I purchased FC Points Offer 6 for ₹99 via Google Play.

Google Play shows the purchase as completed, but EA FC Mobile showed “purchase unsuccessful”.

I did not receive FC Points in-game.

Date: 24 Jan 2026

 

Please credit the missing FC Points or issue a refund.

  • I purchased a 6-year FC points package from FC Mobile and paid 49.99 TL for it. Although the amount has been deducted from my bank account, I request that the game points that were visually added be returned to my account, or if that is not possible, a refund of my money.

    I'm sorry, we can't help with those cases on the EA Forums. If you're missing content you've paid for, and you've waited 24 hours for the points to come through, please get in touch with the EA Help Support team asap. They'll do their best to help you with this. 

    Here's what you need to do:

    1. Grab valid proof of purchase (PoP) - check out the heading 'iTunes and App Store' for in-game purchases.
    2. Follow these steps to open a support team for help with FC Mobile cases.
