Missing Purchase - need support

I did. I have been missing this purchase for over a month now, and had multiple chats with them explaining my issue. They just asked for proof of purchase multiple times, and kept switching between support people. Once they finally acknowledged that I bought this product, they don’t communicate properly and urge off the topic, recommending other websites and other topics. I have been missing this purchase since October 23, at 7:50 PM. I have all proof of purchase if needed at any time and I just want to communicate to somebody who can help properly and provide me the FC Points I am missing. I have tried contacting Antwan and Jason through Discord but they are not responding for many weeks and I am unsure what to do. I am hoping a staff member can really help me out here. And yes, to confirm I did note that I had a purchase missing to them but it seems to not be of much help.
