Missing quests

I have been missing my quests (the brown icon with the arrow) for over a week. I completed the basic training, reached 110+ GEN, leveled up multiple players to level 30, and play every day. I also completed the Kickoff 25-26 program (8/8), cleared the game cache, restarted the game, switched internet connections, and reconnected to my EA account, but I still don’t have the quests. Could you please check my account and reactivate them?
