My account can’t be log in to redeem codes

Good morning, I came here to report that every time I tried to redeem a code for FC mobile it won’t work because it keep saying that my account can’t be log in even though I already made an account. Please can you fix it and if you can that be wonderful thank you for the games I love to play.
