Hi. Welcome to oud forums. Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting back into your account. Just to confirm, before you uninstalled FC Mobile, was your account linked to a platform such as Facebook, Google Play, Apple ID, or an EA Account?
Also, after reinstalling the game, did you enter the same date of birth that was originally used on the account? Using a different date of birth can sometimes stop the correct account from loading. Underage users can't use linking features, for instance.
