1 day agoHey there. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your game in both online and offline games. Here are some steps that could help improve things for you.
- Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
- Test the game on the other connection type as well: if you’re on Wi-Fi, try mobile data (check both 4G and 5G if possible); if you’re on mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache.
- Close background apps and make sure the phone has enough free storage.
- Confirm both FC Mobile and your phone OS are fully updated.
- If possible, sign into the same account on another supported device and test a match there.
