not recieving an bought offer

so today I bought an offer of fc points 40+40 bounus and the transaction went through and I bought another offer of 1 draft token 100 training transfer points 1000 gems and 50 fc points but I never recieved them and Im thinking that its my fault or is it a bug from fifa because the other one went through and this one didn't so please help and also both offers took my money but I  didn't recieve the second one
