Player release problem

Today I claimed Lahm player item for replacing 119OVR exchange player item Munoz and I couldn't discard the Munoz player for shards and it is showing as "in line-up" even though he isn't in the line up. Please fix this and do the needful so that I can collect the shards for my squad building.
