I have two problems from the beginning of tots. First one is that my higher then 104 ovr players are not visible in extra time token exchange, and thus cannot make the exchange.
And the second problem is that some of my tots untradable players, like 110 ovr Zézé and 113 ovr El Karouani, are not visible in star signings and i can't get shards for them.
i cant exchange 117 Desailly and 116 Diego Moreira

The issue with Extra Time tokens has been fixed but a there's another problem with some players not being available for exchange for Star Shards like I can't exchange my 2 113 ovr players for Shards. Please do pass this on to the team.

I have like 3-4 tots players which i want to redeem but in 'My players' section they are not showing
Hello, my username is CraEasy. On 05/26/2026, I opened a pack and pulled a 113 OVR player. However, when I try to exchange or melt this player down into shards/points, they do not appear in the exchange menu. Even though I can clearly see that I have two 113 OVR players in my inventory under "My Players," they are missing from the exchange section. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I packed 2x 113 Souffian El Karouani in my reserves and when I go exchange them in star shards, they don't show up.
