@whynor1 are you claiming the daily log in prize, as that is what triggers the quests.

the calendar thing? i got 3/15 days
- @whynor1 yes the calendar thing - you need to claim the prize in it every day for the trick or treat login quest to be triggered
i am not talking about trick or treat quest

- @whynor1 Ok - same deal though - you need to collect the daily log-in prize for the quest to trigger … are you collecting the daily prize I the daily log-in screen (the one that pops up and has a calendar type thing on it)
yes , i collected everything , i got the 5 days ruby bonus

- @whynor1 Ok - so the team has got back to me - they have seen some instances of this and are investigating, so they have a couple of questions and have asked if can you provide a couple of screen shots please:
Have you finished all off the kick-off requirements?
Can you please provide screen shots showing the full quest screen, the full kick off screen (so they can see it is completed) and the full daily log-in screen.
