To make it easier (as pictures speak a thousand words), can you post a couple of screenies, the one with players from the BD event you have and then the one where they do not get recognised in the exchange.

This is a known issue that’s already been reported on the FutMobile Discord. It hasn’t been officially acknowledged yet, but a lot of players are experiencing the same problem. Unfortunately, we need to wait for the acknowledgement from EA on the matter.
