Regarding not getting new shards

Hey sports recently I will packed David raya from special box of Yaya toure , so I just put it on market for sale but he didn't get sold so I decided to collect XP and make it untradable which would benefit me in increasing my badge collection points. But now I don't want to use David raya, so I have to redeem it against new shards but David Raya is not showing up there on signings section so I am not able to exchange him against the shards which are required to sign a new player! please help me with that so I can exchange my David raya against the shards and can sign a new player!!
