4 days agoHey there. Please double-check your in-game Inbox and inventory — rewards are sent to your Inbox, so it’s easy to miss a message or claim it without noticing. If nothing shows up, give it 24 hours after the weekly reset, as rewards can sometimes be delayed. Also try fully closing and reopening the game or restarting your device to force a fresh sync with the server.
