It's not just week 4 alone mate but all 4 weeks.. plz check if you have claimed rewards from week 1 to week 3 as well. If yes, add those screenshots as well to the report
Yes I had claimed all the 10 rewards of every week bur unfortunately I don't have any screenshots. The milestone rewards which are 3 Toty players and 150 shards are locked in my account,still after after completing all 4 weeks
Click on each week (on the left of the rewards) and check if you claimed all of them
