Community ManagerHey wqgzxa5pmrvv. Thanks for joining the forums. Could you let us know whether the game gets stuck at a specific point during the match, or if it happens randomly? Also, which mode were you playing?
Please also share:
- your phone model, OS version, and FC Mobile app version
- whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data, your country, and whether a VPN was on or off
Are you able to check if the same issue happens on a different network?
