2 days agoHi there, and thanks for reporting this issue. Does it happen in any specific game mode for you? Please try these steps before starting another H2H/Division Rivals session and see if that helps:
- Fully close FC Mobile, not just minimize it.
- Clear the FC Mobile app cache from your device settings.
- Restart your phone.
- Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB free storage.
- Reopen the game and try one match.
- If it happens after multiple matches in a row, close and reopen the app between H2H matches as a temporary workaround.
