Stuck screen

I have a new account and when i click 'play' to play the first kick off match the game does not respond and stuck but the music is still on i want you fix this stuck screen bug

Have you already tried restarting your device and clearing the cache to see if that helps?

Is that a guest account, or was it linked to save your progress?

I’m just checking so we know whether it’s safe for you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If possible, could you also test that account on another device?
