Swap revers still locked

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I’m facing an issue in FC Mobile. My Swap Verse has not opened yet, even though I have completed Gullit, Hazard, and Schweinsteiger players. Despite finishing all of them, the Swap Verse section still remains locked for me in all verses.
