Hi 4lcm0164ioto, Thanks for letting us know you're also experiencing. We’re already on the case and looking into it. In the meantime, could you note down your User ID (don't post it here, keep it somewhere safe), then restart your device and sign back in? It might help sync your account.

Good news! We released an update last Friday, and all the reports since have confirmed that it did the trick! This issue is now resolved.
