They made an update and everything is back to normal again..
We can play all matches..
Due to the bug in the game we have lost three games and tokens. We should receive a compensation bu we didn't. Why? For this reason, we may not receive the prize (player card) that we have been playing for for so long. It is unfair!

I had the same issue. How do we get the rewards we lost?
We lost 30 tokens because of a bug! How can we get them back? I won't be able to collect 2 players!
