Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

Hope all is well

I love the new update and new features however I was hoping yall would add an extra substitute and make it 4per game instead of just 3. 
Players are fatiguing quite quickly
Would this be an option for next weeks update or when you guys release the next update?

Same here , I took everyone from the line up but I can't exchange for short because it is showing they are still in the lineup

Dear EA FC Mobile Support Team,

I am experiencing a problem with the Star Signings event in FC Mobile.

Two of my players, Singo and Alex Baena, are showing “In lineup” in the Star Signings release section. However, they are not actually in any of my Game Plans or lineups. I have already checked all my lineups and Game Plans, including substitutes/reserves, and removed them wherever necessary.

Because of this bug, I am unable to release these players for Star Signings Shards.

I have attached a screenshot showing the issue. Please investigate my account and fix the incorrect “In lineup” status so I can release these players normally.

Details:

Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Event: Star Signings

Players affected: Singo and Alex Baena

Problem: Incorrectly showing “In lineup”

All Game Plans/lineups have already been checked
