Not able to open thunderstruck

Hi folks,

The Thunderstruck event wrapped up on January 23rd (UTC). You can still access the chapters until February 16th to track the conditions for the live OVR players. This is why you can still see the event.

This information will appear on the MOTD Screen. If you dismissed it before getting a chance to read it, you can find it again by heading to the Inbox under the News section.

This is pure scam and cheating from EA. I bought the minipass as well, hoping to get full rewards from it, as this event was supposed to last at least 20 days more, not to mention the shards to exchange. Now all we got left are those useless shards, wasted money and no rewards at all! I'd like to apply for a refund of my money for the minipass!!

EA_Lanna Sneaking info in the forth or fifth news item doesn’t make EA right here. Everyone is mainly driven by the even clock and expect the players to be replaced when their clock ends (like in football center and absolutely every other event).Very disappointing for people with shards there and thunder pass bought. Why you didn’t send that info when we bought the Thunder pass but afterwards, locking all our assets, shards and prizes. That’s a crime. EA should compensate all affected users if they count on their reputation. Extremely poor support, extremely poor user experience here.
