"Why can’t I put the 113 Yashin into the exchange???? - Ballon d'Or event

It requires a 113 Ballon d’Or winner player, I have Yashin there, and the exchange doesn’t allow it. Why? He’s not in my squad. Is this a bug or what?" I dont understand this exchange…

I am unable to use my 112 OVR Ballon d’Or player in the Exchange section. The exchange requires a 112 OVR Ballon d’Or player, but when I open the slot, my player does not appear as an eligible option.

The card is untradeable (obtained from [pack/event/reward – fill this in if you know]).

It is a genuine 112 OVR Ballon d’Or card.

I have restarted the game, cleared cache, and confirmed my app is up to date, but the issue still persists.
