Why won’t the daily quest give me my reward for the chronicle game?

I was playing EA FC Mobile 25 and I finished the quest and then when it reset for the next day I was still playing. I was trying to do the daily quest first in the icon Chronicles section and then I ...

@Jaygoat4630 The issue is playing during reset. Avoid that and everything will be ok.
You can try your luck with in game support, but I don't think you'll get anything.
