Why won’t the daily quest give me my reward for the chronicle game?

Question

I was playing EA FC Mobile 25 and I finished the quest and then when it reset for the next day I was still playing. I was trying to do the daily quest first in the icon Chronicles section and then I saw the daily quest section and it didn’t show me, the quest so I logged out log back in and I saw that it didn’t let me get the reward for the icon Chronicles game and it won’t give me the reward and so I can’t get the pack that you get at the end so please give me my reward this is like the second time

@Jaygoat4630 The issue is playing during reset. Avoid that and everything will be ok.You can try your luck with in game support, but I don't think you'll get anything.

@Jaygoat4630 If you start the match before reset and finish it after then the system gets confused and you don't get awarded either quest - it's a bit of a pain, but don't play across reset and you will be fine

(and yeah - customer service won't be able to help you on this one - you will just have to wear the missed quest and move on)
