Aqua V Inferno - Shooting Skill Game; Penalty targets are not highlighted

Can someone please explain the scoring on this skill game please. I hit 7 targets and it says at the end I only hit 4? Sometimes I get 1,000 for hitting a target, other times I get 1,500?? It tells m...
