Ballon d’or Final Rewards are not possible to get

I had to star hittingupnwupport 5 days before event ended bae cause it was giving me anymore daily, week 4 event, quest, or and more tixkets. They still haven’t fixed issue til this day. I have over 150 screen shots showing me playing and not receiving and they all kept asking me to reset, delete, redownload, and update iPhone lmao 5 different times just on app support. This one was better but still can’t do anything
