EA (Suspended Account) or (Ban)

My account has had a suspended penalty for no reason since 12:44 a.m. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." It's 2:30 a.m. It's been 2 hours. I cannot log in to my account because ...

Short suspensions can also come from unexpected behaviour around your account, sometimes not your actions, but others, e.g. someone trying to hack in, so EA would see repeated auth failures or new devices being detected, that's suspicious. Not saying that’s what’s happening in your case, but it’s the most common cause of a short suspension in the IT world.

Edit: razaa_football as the thread is locked, that section refers to the platform being used, so it's your mobile. If you were to play on a console, you'd enter "console"...
