Fc mobile graphics setting

My phone have 8gb ram and 256gb rom but the problem is my FC mobile graphic settings is stuck at Medium 30 fps. My phone use mediatek dimensity 6100+ and have 120 refresh rate. I think that should be enough for high graphics and 60 fps right?

My phone is the F16 5G phone and it's capable of operating better than it's current graphics state and it's medium graphics, why it can't be high and ultra high since it's chipped is capable of that!
