Not being able to purchase a player called Antolin Alcaraz and have been waiting for the past couple days/ week trying to get him so I can complete my glory challenge

For couple days now i have been trying to get Alcaraz OVR 74. He is the only player missing to get myself Icon Cafu in Libertadores program. I think that Alcaraz doesnt even have refresh time since his price is not changing at all. Could you explain why does it happen and could it be fixed?
Same thing here, either someone has hoarded all the Alcaraz players or it's bugged, like you said price hasn't changed at all and nobody is selling him on the market.
