Community ManagerWhat I will add as an observation, the badge system has shown that as soon as you click the gem/player pack the system automatically knows whether it's a new player or not (the bar in the top right corner appears if it's a player you've not packed before)
It shows this as soon as the button is pressed, even if there's a few bronze/silver players and the event player is in the bonus pack. Clicking the bonus pack is a waste of time at this point as the system has already shown you whether it's a new player or not.
This, in my eyes, also calls into question is the return from your pack already decided before you click the purchase button?
