How to attach file in open case in EA Help
I opened a case in EA Help help.ea.com and it's still open. I was asked by the advisor to attach a file of purchase proof. I am not finding any "Attach file" option in that open case. Please let me k...

Sure thing. So, you'll get the option to attach a file after completing the case set-up again. Try these steps:
- Click 'resume case',
- Choose the topic that applies to you.
- Under 'Still need help', select the preferred contact option available. For example:
- Email:
- Once you’ve clicked on Email Us, enter your full name, email, and platform. Click Next.
- Tell us about your issue and click Add an Attachment.
- Select your file, then click Send to submit your case.
- You’re all set! You can check the status of your open cases at My Cases.
- Chat:
- Once you’ve clicked on Chat with Us, enter your full name, email, and platform.
- Describe the subject you need help with. You’ll be able to describe your issue in more detail to an advisor.
- Click Add an Attachment.
- Select your file, then click Send to submit your case.
- You’re all set! You can check the status of your open cases at My Cases.
