I bought fc points in fc mobile but it don't come

I purchased the 2x top up fc points 2,000 for 11 dollars or ₹999 but did not receive it.It shows that it debited my money.

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to show up in game. When did you buy your points?

I bought fc points in fc mobile . A 2x pack of 200fc points  I paid 89 rupees a 15 rupee discount it shows that it has paid in the gpay into the play store , yet it hasn't come in my fc account please reply to this commet cause I really want that 112 -113 card rnnn. Ask me for the screenshot of the payment I will give it to u
