I can't increase the graphics level EA FC MOBILE

I have a problem with the game graphics because I can't increase them even though my device meets the minimum and maximum requirements it asks for, I don't know why that error is there and I don't kn...

I have an s24+ and it is still presenting for me

    On my S24 works fine since the update mentioned in the thread
