I can't increase the graphics level EA FC MOBILE

I have a problem with the game graphics because I can't increase them even though my device meets the minimum and maximum requirements it asks for, I don't know why that error is there and I don't kn...

Me too, my phone is 6gb/128 Samsung s9plus but its just below ultra but I play other high end games at their highest i don't get it at all
