Absolutely agree—1500 (to claim a top player is impossible) isn’t feasible.
I refuse to give my hard-earned money to EA cuz I have it on good authority from a former EA employee that purchased packs are even worse than the earned packs in terms of drop rates (#EAisaworthlessconnivingcompang), so I grind. But, unlike other events like TOTS where you can eventually claim one of the top players by grinding, the Ragnarok event seems to have particularly low drop rates on good cards. I’ve bought the 3k gem pack every day of the event and many 2.5k packs as well and gotten no card worth more than 30 shards—TOTAL F’ING RIP OFF.
The gameplay is absolute crap, so at the point where I can’t even win minimally decent prizes I’m just gonna quit this game altogether. And it looks like that day has arrived. 😒😡🤬
