Issue in my FC Mobile Account

So, there is a issue in my fc mobile account from when i have started this game to play. I am not able to watch ads in this game due to which, I am not able to extra rewards and also there is option for playing other games and get gems in that also i am not able to play that games. Everytime I try to watch ads I only get these message for the same issue I have checked in my other friends mobile but they are able to watch these ads. So, I request to fix these problem as soon as so I can watch ads and get rewards
